Construction Coordinator

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Must have: Direct experience coordinating US or Canadian construction projects. You've maintained RFI logs, tracked submittals, updated schedules, and kept documentation current across multiple active projects.

Best fit: Obsessively organized. You capture information automatically - not because someone asked, but because that's how projects stay on track. You understand construction sequencing.

Strong plus: Experience at international contractors (Fluor, Bechtel, Turner, Lendlease) or systematic North American builders. Procore, Buildertrend, or similar PM software.

Not a fit: Project managers who want to make decisions (this role routes information, doesn't d ---------- ). Admin assistants without construction context.



YOUR WORK

Maintain RFI logs - receive questions, route to right people, track responses, close loops
Track submittals - log requirements, chase trades, flag what's missing
Update project schedules - capture progress, flag slippage
Prepare meeting agendas and capture action items
Organize project documentation - drawings, specs, contracts, correspondence
Track inspections and permits
Compile photo documentation
Prepare construction draw backup
4-6 active projects simultaneously



REQUIREMENTS

2+ years project coordination on US or Canadian construction projects
Experience maintaining RFI logs, submittal registers, project schedules
Understanding of construction sequencing
Proficiency in PM software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar)
Strong written English
Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related



COMPENSATION AND CONDITIONS

Top performers: $1,500-1,800 CAD/month
Structure: $1,000 base + $ ---------- per project
Schedule: Full-time, AST 8am-4pm (8pm-4am Manila)
Time off: Weekends off, flexible vacation
Probation: 1 month

Employer, title, years. Which US or Canadian projects did you coordinate? Include project type, number of concurrent projects, documentation systems maintained.

2. Documentation Systems
What logs and trackers have you personally maintained? (RFI, submittal, schedule, inspection, etc.) What software? How many open items typically tracked at once?

3. Technical Question
You're coordinating a 6-unit residential project. The framing contractor reports window rough openings don't match the window schedule. Walk through exactly how you handle this - from receiving the call to resolution. (4-5 sentences)

4. Schedule
Type "YES I CAN COMMIT" for AST 8am-4pm full-time.

5. Portfolio
