JOB OVERVIEW

We’re expanding our team and seeking remote in-house estimators/quality control specialists for a U.S.-based takeoff and estimating firm. Please review the position details below and answer the screening questions to be considered. Thank you!

Immediate hire — Position: Structural Estimator (wood/lumber packages, plumbing, electrical)

Role overview: Perform material takeoffs and assist with quality control tasks.

Requirements and details

Full-time position preferred; overtime available based on performance and quality of work. Stable, consistent work for reliable candidates.
Some training provided, but prior estimating/takeoff experience required.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent estimating experience.
Fluent in English.
Planswift software is required — no exceptions.
Strong math skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
U.S. takeoff experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be a collaborative tea ---------- mber.
Work hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time daytime schedule.
Occasional weekend work may be required depending on workload.
Highly responsive and reliable during scheduled shifts.
Compensation: A base starting pay rate is offered per this posting. Demonstrated skill and performance may lead to raises, bonuses, and advancement into management roles.
