JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Construction Estimating & Administration Assistant to support an Australian construction business.
The successful candidate will assist with estimating, preparing quotes, construction administration, project coordination and general office tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Australian construction industry, strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Australian Business Hours
Industry: Construction / Building

Estimating Support – Takeoffs, BOQs, pricing assistance, preparing quotes and tenders, supplier pricing, and document preparation.

Construction Administration – Project documentation, scheduling, supplier and subcontractor coordination, data entry, and general administration.

Project Support – Project tracking, updating records, following up with suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinating tasks.

Administrative Support – Emails, data entry, CRM management, reporting, invoicing support, and general office administration.
