JOB OVERVIEW

Skills Needed:
- 1 Year of Construction Coordinator Experience Required (Texas experience a plus)
- 1-2 Years of Buildertrend Experience Required
- 1 year experience of making calls and spending long periods of time on the phone
- Knowledgeable with managing New Build Homes
- Adept at Gsuite Products including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail

Role Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with all departments such as transaction department for onboarding properties, Property Management Team for offboarding properties to ensure a smooth handoff between departments, and Accounting Department for Contracts and scopes of work
- Manage and Maintain the Whole Buildertrend Platform ensuring property presentation for each teammate and client to see
- Using the Buildertrend Platform; Update clients and teamates to their project status updates using Daily logs, Buildertrend Messenging App, Buildertrend Email Platform
- Set up corresponding projects based on the standard operating procedure
- Organize and maintain all job details, such as project numbers, plans, and permits in the appropriate files
- Communicate with the representatives of the City of Houston up to date project information
- Schedule field worker to take photos of completed work to use in updates to owner and for construction draws
- Apply for permits and communicate with the city to get status updates and release any holds
- Apply for utilities (Small Water Meter Applications, Sewer Applications, Electricity, Gas)
- Update the BuilderTrend Daily Logs and adjust the Project Schedule using information and photos obtained from contractors
- Responsible for acquiring and keeping all documents and data as per Texas law and PIN standard operating procedures
- Hold weekly update meeting to review all projects / daily logs
- Attend weekly department meeting

Compensation:
- $5-$6 USD Per Hour depending on Experience and Qualifications
- Full Time Position (40hrs /week)
