JOB OVERVIEW

Taikoo is a California construction company looking for a part-time bookkeeping and job-costing assistant.

Your work will include entering and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online, organizing receipts and invoices, reconciling accounts, tracking project expenses, updating accounts payable and receivable, and assigning costs to the correct construction project.

You will also help prepare simple reports showing each project’s budget, actual costs, payments received, outstanding balances, and estimated profit.

QuickBooks Online and Excel or Google Sheets experience is required. Construction bookkeeping experience is preferred but not required if you already have strong bookkeeping fundamentals and are willing to learn our system.

This position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the company grows. Some availability during California business hours is required.
