Funtime 4 Fun is a fast-growing NYC event rental company providing bounce houses, tables, chairs, tents, LED furniture, and concession rentals for schools, camps, birthdays, and community events.

We are hiring a Remote Constant Contact Specialist / Email Marketing VA to help us generate more bookings through strategic email campaigns, landing pages, customer follow-up sequences, and seasonal promotions.

This is a results-driven role for someone who knows how to turn customer lists into bookings.

What You’ll Do
Build and send email campaigns using Constant Contact
Create landing pages and signup forms
Set up automated follow-up sequences
Segment contact lists:
Past customers
Warm leads
Schools
Camps
Churches
VIP customers
Create campaigns for:
Spring & summer bookings
School events
Graduation parties
Holiday specials
Last-minute date-fill promos
Improve subject lines, buttons, and call-to-actions
Track open rate, click rate, and booking results
Coordinate promotions with our website and social media offers
Submit a simple weekly report
Recommend ideas to increase repeat bookings
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience with Constant Contact
Strong email copywriting skills
Experience creating landing pages
Understands segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
Can improve conversion rates, not just “send emails”
Organized and detail-oriented
Good written English
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with local service businesses, events, schools, or party rentals is a huge plus
Familiar with Canva for basic graphics is a plus
