We are looking for a multidimensional, organized, and heart-centered individual who can hold the community, manage communication, and support content creation—while keeping the soul of the project intact.
The Role
We are seeking a Conscious Project Manager & Community Manager to serve as a bridge between:
• The project’s vision
• The community
• Daily communication
• Content and marketing execution
This role requires someone who can hold structure without rigidity and lead with clarity and presence.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Support
• Support and assist the community with presence, empathy, and professionalism
• Respond to messages via
• Manage session and event reservations
• Maintain clear, warm, and aligned communication with participants
Communication & Operations
• Manage inboxes and
• Handle confirmations, follow-ups, and general inquiries
• Organize contact lists and community databases
• Coordinate schedules and session calendars
Content & Marketing
• Edit reels and short-form videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Edit and adapt content for:
• Social media
• Forums
• Marketing platforms
• Schedule and publish content
• Maintain visual, energetic, and messaging consistency across platforms
Project & Founder Support
• Organize workflows, tasks, and priorities
• Track deliverables and ongoing initiatives
• Provide direct operational support to the founder
Ideal Profile
• Experience in:
• Project Management
• Community Management
• Digital customer support
• Video editing (basic to intermediate)
• Strong written communication and emotional intelligence
• High level of self-management and accountability
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Alignment with conscious, spiritual, or wellness-based projects
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with tools such as:
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut
• Canva
• Notion, Hubspot, Asana, or ClickUp
• Background in conscious marketing or personal brands
• Interest in AI tools or automation
• Personal mindfulness or spiritual practices

Trial Week Structure (Week 1)
Objective
Assess communication quality, energy alignment, responsibility, and execution.
Trial Week Flow
• Day 1: Orientation, tools access, brand voice review
• Day 2: Assisted messaging, bookings, edit 1 reel
• Day 3: Independent messaging, bookings, edit 1–2 reels
• Day 4: Full inbox + content ownership
• Day 5: Review & decision
Trial KPIs
• Response time under 12 hours
• Zero booking errors
• Content delivered on time
• Calm, aligned communication
Commission Structure
Commission Rate
10% per session closed and fully paid. THIS JOB IS COMMISSION BASE ONLY

• Group sessions. Retreats in Mexico, USA, Spain
• Events and paid experiences
Rules:
• Commission is earned only after payment is received
• Paid monthly alongside base compensation
• Tracked via shared CRM or commission sheet
• No cap on commissions.
