About the Role
We're looking for a Condo Support Specialist who is the kind of person residents feel relieved to reach — calm, organized, and genuinely helpful. You'll be the frontline of communication for multiple condominium associations, keeping residents informed, solving problems before they escalate, and supporting the management team behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
Resident Support
Serve as the primary contact for residents via
Help residents navigate their Resident Portal and payment setup
Keep residents informed with timely, clear updates
Coordinate access for in-unit maintenance between residents and vendors
Maintain up-to-date resident contact records
Administrative Support
Log all interactions accurately in internal systems
Track, follow up, and resolve open requests across teams
Collaborate with maintenance, management, and accounting
Identify recurring issues and flag them proactively to management
Create and maintain FAQ scripts to improve future support quality
What We're Looking For
2–3 years in a similar administrative, front desk, or customer support role
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Notion (or similar tools)
Highly organized with a proactive, follow-through mindset
Property management or HOA experience is a plus
Bonus: Experience with process improvement or working in a startup environment.
Schedule & Availability
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Must be available during at least 75% of core hours (8 AM–4 PM CST)
Quiet workspace required for calls
Internet: 10 Mbps minimum (15+ preferred)
Windows 8+ or iOS device, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage
