Konnection Events Group is a Singapore-based event management company
operating a portfolio of specialized brands. We currently have offices in both
Singapore and Thailand. We create memorable experiences and innovative
solutions for brands and corporate clients across Southeast Asia.

Position Overview
As our Concept Designer, you'll leverage AI tools and creative thinking to rapidly
develop presentation-ready concept decks that translate strategic ideas into
compelling visual narratives. You'll work on an ad-hoc, project
basis—collaborating with our creative and account teams to build concepts for
client events, brand activations, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
This is a hybrid creative role that combines strategic thinking with presentation
design expertise and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Concept Development: Work with teams to understand client briefs and
strategic objectives; develop creative concepts that align with brand
positioning and campaign goals
• AI-Assisted Deck Building: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to
accelerate ideation, content generation, and structure development for
presentation decks
• Presentation Design: Create polished, client-ready presentation decks with
clear visual hierarchy, compelling narratives, and on-brand aesthetics
• Creative Direction: Establish visual concepts, mood boards, and design
direction that guide the overall look and feel of presentations
• Rapid Iteration: Quickly turn around multiple concept versions based on
feedback and refine based on stakeholder input
• Collaboration: Partner with project director/managers to ensure concepts
meet business objectives
• Deliverables: Produce presentation-ready decks in Google Slides/PDF
formats optimized for client pitches and internal stakeholder reviews

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience (min. 1 years) in presentation design or concept
development
• Strong proficiency with presentation software (Google Slides) and design
tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for content
generation and workflow acceleration
• Strong visual design skills with understanding of layout, typography, color,
and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work quickly and iterate rapidly based on feedback
• Strategic thinking ability to translate briefs into compelling narratives and
concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with ad-hoc project work and flexible scheduling

Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in events, experiential marketing, or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of design systems or brand guidelines application
• Video or animation skills for dynamic presentations
• Experience with AI prompt engineering for creative outputs
