JOB OVERVIEW

Compliance & Operations Officer
We are seeking Compliance & Operations Officer to assist with the College administrative task
activities. Compliance & Operations Officer will work directly with the College Manager to
execute action items relating to student activities.

Job Description:
1. Assist in maintaining compliance documents and records
2. Perform compliance audits and risk assessments regularly
3. Manage reporting, record keeping, and provide administrative support
4. Collaborate with internal teams & campuses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
5. Administration of student contracts, DocuSign & Wonderlic test
6. Coordination with other departments regarding compliance matters
7. Update students’ administrative records
8. Coordinate student meetings with the respective team(s)
9. Provide administrative, technical and operational support to students & staff
10. Analyse information, preparing reports, editing documents and developing presentations
11. Campus inventory management and manage campus cleaning services
12. Front Desk activities & responding to student/staff emails

Requirements:
-Working experience in compliance and/or operations
-Business-office experience in student operations and/or compliance
-Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Good skills with Adobe Acrobat PDF editor
-Good skills with student management system & support software

Technical & Remote Work Requirements

-Must have access to a personal computer or laptop suitable for daily work activities
-Must have a reliable and stable internet connection
-Must have a headset/headphones with a microphone for virtual meetings and communication
-Must be comfortable using screen-sharing tools and be available to share their screen when required for training, collaboration, compliance reviews, or operational support
-Must have a quiet and professional work environment conducive to remote work

Schedule
- Must be available to work 5 days a week
- Must be able to work 8 hours per day
