# Compliance Manager – E-Commerce & Supplements

## About Magnali

Magnali is a fast-growing longevity and wellness brand selling premium supplements and digital health products primarily in the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Compliance Manager** to help ensure that our products, marketing materials, websites, advertising campaigns, subscriptions, and internal processes comply with applicable regulations and platform policies.

## Your Responsibilities

* Review website pages, product descriptions, advertorials, emails, ads, and social media content for compliance
* Identify risky medical, health, anti-aging, and performance claims
* Ensure marketing materials comply with relevant FTC and FDA guidelines
* Monitor advertising compliance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
* Review supplement labels, disclaimers, ingredient information, and certificates
* Maintain organized compliance records for products, suppliers, testing, and regulatory documents
* Monitor subscription, billing, cancellation, refund, and consumer-protection requirements
* Help reduce chargeback, payment processor, and advertising-account risks
* Create practical compliance checklists and standard operating procedures
* Research regulatory requirements in the United States and other target markets
* Coordinate with management, copywriters, designers, suppliers, laboratories, and external legal advisors
* Flag potential issues early and recommend commercially practical solutions
* Track regulatory and platform-policy changes that may affect the business

## Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to interpret regulations and turn them into clear action steps
* Experience in compliance, legal operations, quality assurance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving international e-commerce environment
* Strong skills with Google Docs, Google Sheets, project-management tools, and online research

## Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:

* Dietary supplements, health, wellness, cosmetics, or longevity products
* FTC and FDA marketing requirements
* E-commerce and Shopify
* Meta, Google, or TikTok advertising policies
* Subscription and automatic-renewal compliance
* Payment processors, chargebacks, and consumer disputes
* Product labeling and substantiation of health claims
* U.S. consumer-protection regulations

A legal degree is helpful but **not required**. Practical experience, strong judgment, and attention to detail are more important.
