Role Overview
This is a hands-on role focused on community engagement, influencer outreach, and partnership growth.
You will manage conversations across our social platforms, build relationships with influencers and affiliates, and help grow a loyal, engaged customer and partner ecosystem.
This is not just a support role—we are looking for someone who can think strategically and contribute to growth.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments and messages across our social media platforms
Engage with our audience in a way that reflects our brand voice and values
Identify opportunities to turn engagement into deeper relationships
Community Growth
Develop and execute strategies to build and grow our customer communities
Increase engagement, retention, and brand loyalty
Help turn customers into advocates
Influencer Research & Outreach
Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and professionals aligned with our brands
Conduct outreach for collaborations and partnerships
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
Affiliate & Reseller Management
Act as the main point of contact for existing affiliates and resellers
Support, nurture, and grow these relationships
Ensure affiliates remain active, engaged, and aligned with our brand
Partnership Growth
Develop strategies to grow our affiliate and reseller programs
Identify new partnership opportunities (e.g. therapists, clinics, gyms, wellness professionals)
Help scale partnerships into meaningful revenue channels
Minimum Requirements
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
At least 2 years of experience working remotely
Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Technical & Work Setup Requirements
Private and dedicated workspace
Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
Backup internet (ISP)
Desktop or laptop with at least 16GB RAM
Backup power supply and/or generator
High-quality noise-canceling headset
Working Hours & Flexibility
Our customers are located worldwide, across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable working across different time zones, including:
US hours (primary focus, as most customers are based in the United States)
Occasional Australian hours
Split shifts (e.g. part morning / part evening) when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in social media management, influencer outreach, or affiliate marketing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically—not just execute tasks
Comfortable taking ownership and initiative
Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or emerging technologies is a strong plus
