Community Happiness
- Deliver exceptional customer support across email, chat and other support channels.
- Support everyone from individual users through to enterprise customers and Fortune 500 organisations.

Customer Communications
- Build and manage email campaigns.

Creator & Influencer Programs

You probably have experience in many of these:

Experience we’d love

* 3+ years in Customer Support, Community Management or Customer Success.
* Experience supporting SaaS or technology products.
* Experience using Intercom, Zendesk or similar support platforms.
* Strong written English communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* High attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with customers from around the world.

YOU'LL BE COMFORTABLE USING:

THE DETAILS

Location: Remote – Philippines
Employment: Permanent Full-Time / 40 hours per week
This role is intended to be your primary full-time employment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us for years to come.

Working hours: Preferred 7:00am – 3:00pm Philippines Time
This overlaps with our Australian workday and allows close collaboration with our Sydney team.

Salary: US$900 – US$1,500 per month Depending on experience.
