About the Role: You Will Be on the Phone Every Single Day
Let's be upfront: calling clients is the core of this position. You will be picking up the phone daily to welcome new members, re-engage inactive ones, and be the warm, energetic voice of our community. If you love connecting with people and have the gift of gab — you are going to thrive here!
Daily Client Calls (Your #1 Priority):

• Call and welcome every new member within 24 hours of sign-up — make them feel like a VIP from Day 1!
• Call Ultimate 5-Day Mentorship Experience sign-ups within 48 hours — catch them while they are fired up!
• Proactively call members who have gone quiet at the 15, 30, 45, and 60-day marks — be their accountability partner!
• Answer all incoming calls to the Digital Product Creators Customer Service line — you are the voice of our brand!

More Ways You'll Make an Impact:

• Host engaging sessions inside the Digital Product Creators Community — bring the energy!
• Train members to use Canva for stunning digital product banners and designs
• Manage the chat box during LIVE Zoom certification trainings
• Pitch upgrades to the $497, $997, and $1,997 Digital Marketing System plans
• Monitor and respond to support emails ---------- from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
• Interview top-performing members to create inspiring Case Studies and Success Blueprints

Required Skills & Experience:

• Go High Level (GHL) — REQUIRED: You must have hands-on experience with Go High Level. This is non-negotiable. We use GHL daily to manage pipelines, automations, and member communications.

• Proven customer service or client-facing experience — you are comfortable on the phone every day
• Canva experience (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Comfortable with Zoom and online community platforms
• Strong written communication for email support
