**Community Manager & Social Media Assistant (Remote, Long-Term)**

Electro is a fast-growing hydration brand selling liquid-core electrolyte chewing gum across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Behind the brand is a big, active community: hundreds of TikTok creators plus a growing team of interns and employees. We are hiring a Community Manager & Social Media Assistant to keep that community running smoothly and keep our Instagram active every day.

This is a people-first role. You will be the voice of Electro in our ---------- and Whop communities, so you need excellent written English and strong emotional intelligence. You should be able to pick up on how someone is feeling, reply with warmth and confidence, and keep conversations positive and productive. You also need to be organized enough to run a daily posting schedule and a set of recurring tasks without dropping anything.

**What You Will Do:**

- Manage our ---------- community of TikTok creators. You will answer questions, solve problems, share updates, and keep the space engaged and well organized.
- Manage our Whop community for interns and employees. You will guide new members through onboarding, fix access issues, and support people day to day.
- Publish two Instagram posts a day, following our content calendar and brand voice
- Complete recurring manual upload tasks using our step-by-step SOPs
- Flag urgent, sensitive, or unusual situations to the right person right away
- Send a brief end-of-day recap covering what you handled and anything still open

**The Right Person For This Role:**

- Writes clear, natural, professional English. This is a must. Most of the people you will talk to are based in the US.
- Emotionally intelligent. You can reassure a frustrated creator, encourage a new intern, and tell when an issue needs a manager.
- Friendly and patient, even with the same question on repeat
- Takes initiative. You spot problems early and suggest improvements.
- Dependable. You reply quickly, keep your hours, and follow through every time.

**How We Work:**

- You follow our SOPs and brand voice guidelines closely
- You keep response times fast and consistent during your shift
- You keep communities, records, and the posting schedule tidy and easy for the team to review
- Team communication happens in Slack
- You use AI tools to work faster while keeping every message human and personal

**Requirements:**

- Stable high-speed internet (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with ---------- , Whop, and Instagram. Knowing TikTok and TikTok Shop is a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail. Getting the tone and the answer right matters more to us than speed.
- Follows instructions the first time
- Experience in community management, social media, moderation, or customer support is a big advantage and will help your application stand out.
