About the Role
We are building a demand-generation engine within the financial services and insurance space and are looking for a Community & Lead Generation Manager to own organic audience growth and direct prospect engagement.
Our target audiences include:
Homeowners
Families seeking financial protection
Small business owners
Entrepreneurs and executives
This role is focused on one thing:
Starting conversations that turn into qualified leads.
You will research our market, participate in online communities, build relationships, and convert engagement into real opportunities related to life insurance, financial protection, and business continuity solutions.
This is not a passive social media role.
This is a proactive relationship-building position.
What You Will Own
1. Organic Prospecting & Relationship Building
Engage daily in relevant
Identify and connect with homeowners, business owners, and professionals
Start direct conversations with aligned prospects
Maintain prospect tracking and follow-up systems
Nurture warm leads into the sales pipeline
2. Market Research & Insight Gathering
Identify common financial concerns, objections, and questions
Report recurring themes from conversations
Suggest messaging and offer improvements
Identify untapped audience segments or partnership opportunities
3. Content That Supports Conversations
Create short-form posts that spark engagement and discussion
Repurpose insights from real conversations into content
Ensure all content drives toward interaction and relationship-building
Align messaging with financial protection, insurance, and long-term planning themes
4. Weekly Performance Metrics
You will maintain a simple scorecard tracking:
Conversations started
Meaningful interactions
Qualified leads generated
Follow-up activity
Target: 10–15 qualified leads per month after ramp-up period.
Required Experience
Experience with organic lead generation or outbound prospecting
Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers online
Strong written English and conversational tone
Ability to think independently and prioritize high-impact work
Experience using Google Sheets or CRM tools for tracking
Understanding of professional communication (finance/business audiences preferred)

Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for at least 4 hours daily

$800 – $1,200 USD per month
