JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are building a modern prop firm trading platform, focused on traders active in the futures and prop firm space.

This role is only a fit if you genuinely understand prop firm trading and have real affinity with traders and financial markets. If you don’t understand how prop firms work or how traders think and communicate, it will be very hard to engage this audience in a credible and natural way. Deep understanding of the trader mindset is essential.

We’re looking for someone who has proven experience growing a Twitter/X account or brand and knows how to build a new channel from scratch within a competitive market. You understand which follow strategies work, how engagement compounds over time, and how to position a new brand in ongoing conversations.

Your role is to actively engage with traders on Twitter/X by replying to relevant posts, joining discussions, and adding value. From there, you’ll naturally introduce who we are and what we’re building — including sharing our trader waitlist when it fits the conversation. This is not about spamming or mass outreach, but about smart, human interaction.

You should be creative and confident enough to work independently, using clear guidelines and tone-of-voice instructions that we’ll provide. We will supply all designs and visuals — you do not need to be a designer — but you must understand how to grow a channel strategically.

Strong English communication skills are required. You should be comfortable checking in weekly and having short calls with our Chief Marketing Officer to discuss progress, insights, and improvements. Being responsive and easy to reach via Slack is important.

Experience with futures trading, prop firms, or trading communities is a strong plus.
