JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
DealScore is a real estate deal analysis tool that helps house flippers and investors calculate ARV (After Repair Value) and construction costs by zip code. We have a freemium model with a growing user base and we need help getting the word out in the communities where our users spend their time.

The Role
You'll be our voice in online real estate investing communities — primarily Reddit and BiggerPockets. Your job is to monitor relevant threads, provide genuinely helpful answers to investor questions, and naturally introduce DealScore when it's relevant. This is NOT spamming links or copy-pasting sales pitches. Think of it as being the most helpful person in the room who happens to know about a great tool.

What You'll Do Every Day (1–2 hours/day, 5 days/week)
Monitor 3–5 subreddits and BiggerPockets forums for relevant threads using keyword alerts
Draft and post 3–5 thoughtful, authentic replies per day
Post 1 original thread per week (deal analysis, tip, or discussion question)
Track all activity in a shared Google Sheet
Send a weekly summary report every Friday

You'll Create Your Own Accounts
You will create fresh Reddit and BiggerPockets accounts for this role (not your personal accounts). You'll need to build karma and credibility naturally in the first week before engaging on behalf of DealScore. We'll provide a full onboarding playbook with tone guidelines, example replies, and a list of keywords to monitor.

Must-Haves
Strong English writing skills — conversational, not corporate
Familiarity with Reddit (you understand karma, subreddit rules, and community culture)
Ability to write responses that sound like a real person, not a marketer
Self-directed and consistent — you'll work independently with weekly check-ins
Reliable internet and available during US business hours (at least partial overlap with EST)

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
Familiarity with real estate investing concepts (ARV, rehab costs, flipping)
Experience with BiggerPockets forums
Previous community management or forum engagement experience
Experience using keyword monitoring tools (F5Bot, etc.)

First Two Weeks
Week 1 is an approval period — you'll draft replies and I'll review before you post. Week 2 shifts to independent posting with spot-checks. Full onboarding playbook provided on Day 1.
Compensation
$300–400/month depending on experience, paid monthly. Bonus opportunity: per-referral bonus for tracked paid signups from your engagement.

To Apply
Please include in your application:
A short paragraph about any experience you have with Reddit or online forums
A sample reply to this thread: "First time flipper — how do I figure out what a house will be worth after I renovate it?"
Your Reddit username if you have one (not required, but helpful)

Note: If you don't know much about real estate investing yet, that's okay — we'll train you. What matters most is your writing quality and understanding of how online communities work.
