Lani
Lani is an AI guest communication system built for one purpose — to give independent boutique hotels, restaurants, dive shops, surf schools, and activity operators the same tools the big chains take for granted.
She handles guest inquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and email. She responds to reviews. She captures direct bookings. She follows up with guests before and after their stay. She does all of this instantly, in the business’s own voice, while the owners sleep.

The Role
The right person already belongs to one of these communities — or could walk into it tomorrow and feel completely at home. This is not a traditional sales role. There is no cold calling, no script, and no pressure. Your job is to introduce Lani to independent business owners you already know and trust, demonstrate what she can do for their specific business, and build the kind of relationships that grow over time.
Lani sells herself. Your job is to get her in front of the right people.

What We Are Looking For
Someone with genuine roots in their destination. Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, dive, surf, or tourism is a significant advantage. Comfortable with ---------- and Facebook. Warm, curious, and genuinely invested in the success of the people around them.

Compensation
• Guaranteed monthly base salary
• 10% commission on every client signed
• Perpetual residual income that grows as your book of clients grows — and continues as long as they stay with Lani
• First client bonus of $500 paid within 48 hours of client payment clearing
• Travel and connectivity covered
