About the Role
We’re looking for a culturally fluent, quick-thinking Community Copywriter to represent our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, and
You’ll be the frontline voice of a prominent U.S. apparel brand, shaping how millions of people experience us in the comments section every day.
What You’ll Do
Write clever, on-brand responses to customer comments and DMs across TikTok, Instagram, and
React in real time to trends,
Turn questions, feedback, and even complaints into positive, human brand interactions
Collaborate with social, marketing, and customer experience teams to align messaging
Flag recurring customer insights, FAQs, and sentiment trends back to internal teams
Adapt tone and responses based on platform, audience, and
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional written English with a strong feel for humor, timing, and internet culture
Deep understanding of Gen Z / Millennial social behavior and comment-section dynamics
Experience writing for consumer brands, especially apparel or lifestyle brands (strongly preferred)
Ability to balance cleverness with professionalism—knowing when to joke and when to de-escalate
Comfortable working in fast-paced, reactive social environments
Strong cultural awareness of North American consumers
Nice to Have
Experience managing or responding to high-volume social comments
Familiarity with TikTok-first brand voices
Background in copywriting, community management, or social media
Experience working with U.S.-based brands or agencies

Hours: 9-5 PM PST

You’ll be writing comments on behalf of Comfrt Clothing, a U.S.-based apparel brand with a strong, confident, internet-native voice.

Your Task
Write one comment per un-commented video, as if you are the official brand account.
Responses should feel natural, clever, culturally aware, and aligned with Comfrt’s brand personality.
Avoid sounding corporate, scripted, or customer-support-y.
Assume the goal is to engage, entertain, and reinforce brand affinity—not to sell directly.
