JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there, I'm Helen, and I'm the founder of a company called Trove. (www.trove.is).

Trove is a free choose your own adventure game x personality quiz that you play everyday. Over time, it builds up to a stronger and more honest profile of who someone is, beyond what resumes and other profiles can share about a person today. My goal here is a more authentic world... and it starts with play!

I'm looking for someone help grow Trove's user base. This right now involves syndicating the existing stories and games we have to relevant channels -- in the form of coming up with funny or informational post formats for each story game (what we call a tangle), proposing copy for different communities, and posting once it's approved.

It could also involve clipping video content, helping source for influencers to set up an ambassador program, or coming up with and shipping specific experiences to different audiences.

In terms of collaboration: I'm happy to figure out a schedule that works for both of us. We can probably start with a short paid work trial - either part time or full time. Eventually the goal is to grow this into a consistent either part-time or full-time role.

In terms of working with me, I'm someone who is reasonably relaxed and not micro-manage-y, but very detail-oriented. I am absolutely a perfectionist. To learn more about me, you can find some of our other job posts on the official website and that should give you a sense of the kind of company I'm building.

If you're someone who is proactive, has startup urgency, and spends a lot of time online within different communities (which by itself comes with the skill of really being able to naturally understand what does better where), then you should apply!

In your message, please try out Trove, it should only take you 10 minutes max of your time. Then, share with me one clear example of what you'd do to grow Trove's user base, and what makes you uniquely a good fit to do that.

Thank you!
