Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Email Manager to oversee and manage the company’s email communications. This person will be responsible for ensuring that emails are professional, timely, well-organized, and effectively reach the right recipients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing business emails.
Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails or route them to the appropriate team member.
Draft, proofread, and send professional emails, announcements, and follow-ups.
Maintain organized email inboxes, folders, contacts, and communication records.
Follow up on unanswered or pending emails.
Coordinate email communication with managers, providers, partners, and clients.
Track important conversations, deadlines, and action items.
Ensure consistent and professional communication standards.
Prepare periodic reports on email activity and outstanding communications.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional and confident email-writing skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable using Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other communication tools.
Previous administrative, customer service, communications, or office-management experience is preferred.
