JOB OVERVIEW

Creator Retainer Manager — Communications & Tracking

Hello, we run a clothing brand with a creator retainer program where creators provide weekly social media videos. We’re looking for someone to manage ongoing communication with over 100 creators and keep our deliverable trackers organized.

You’ll be the main point of contact for creators once they join the program, making sure their questions are answered, follow-ups are handled, and videos stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage daily creator conversations and build good relationships.

Answer questions about deliverables, products, shipping, and payments, coordinating with our team when needed.

Follow up on upcoming and overdue videos.

Keep Google Sheets and ClickUp updated with uploads, deadlines, and conversation notes.

Flag issues early and make sure nothing gets missed.

Requirements

Excellent written English. Your messages should sound natural, clear, and friendly.

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Comfortable managing a high volume of conversations and following up without being reminded.

Experience using Google Sheets and ClickUp, or similar tracking tools.

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator content.

Previous creator management, customer support, or account management experience is preferred.

We need someone who can communicate well with creators while also handling the tracking and admin work behind the scenes.
