JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a seasoned phone sales professional to help convert inbound calls and warm leads into closed orders for a fast-growing diesel performance auto parts brand. This is not cold calling. You’ll be working with customers who already have high intent—calling in with questions, requesting quotes, or abandoning carts and needing follow-up.

If you know how to build rapport fast, handle objections, and close confidently on the phone, you’ll thrive here. This is a performance-driven role with real upside for the right closer.

A brief overview of your phone sales experience
The highest monthly revenue you’ve personally closed in a past role
Your internet speed + headset setup
Your availability (confirm weekends)
A short voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you’re a good fit for phone sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales calls from customers looking to purchase diesel auto parts
Follow up on warm leads (abandoned carts, form fills, quote requests)
Help customers select the right parts for their truck (training provided)
Overcome objections and close orders on the phone
Log call notes and outcomes in Gorgias / Shopify
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order handoff

Must-Have Skills:
7–10+ years of phone sales experience (inside sales, high-ticket phone sales, B2C or B2B)
Proven ability to close deals (not just take orders)
Excellent spoken English and clear phone presence
Comfortable working U.S. customer hours on weekends
Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
Auto parts/diesel performance knowledge is a plus, but not required
Competitive, goal-driven, and money-motivated

Performance Expectations
Targets aligned to weekend volume and warm inbound demand
Focus on closing inbound calls and warm follow-ups efficiently

Compensation
Base Pay: $7–$12/hour (based on experience and performance in trial)
Performance Bonuses: Ability to earn up to $3,000/month based on sales performance after the first three months
Clear path to increased hourly rate and higher bonus potential for consistent performers
