We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Virtual Assistant / Inside Sales Support Specialist to support a growing Commercial Real Estate advisory business based in Orlando, Florida.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in cold calling, lead qualification, CRM management, databasing, appointment setting, and light social media support, with a strong ability to communicate professionally and support revenue-generating activities. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a long-term strategic support position within a growing commercial real estate advisory business.
This is not a basic admin role.
You will play a key part in helping generate business opportunities, maintaining our prospect pipeline, and supporting deal flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to business owners, property owners, tenants, and decision-makers
• Qualify prospects by gathering information such as:
o current location
o lease expiration
o square footage needs
o expansion / relocation plans
o decision-making timeline
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings directly for the broker
• Maintain and update all lead activity within Pipedrive CRM
• Build and maintain prospect databases and call lists, comfortable with AI
• Research local businesses, owners, and companies for outreach campaigns
• Tag, segment, and organize contacts by asset type and lead stage
• Manage follow-up sequences and reactivation campaigns for dormant leads
• In client follow-up communications, attention to detail is extremely important. Please include in your introduction, one question you would ask a property owner during an initial cold call to better understand their plans for the property.

Ideal Experience
• Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant, inside sales rep, ISA, or cold caller
• Experience building and maintaining a database
• Data sorting
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident and professional phone presence, prospecting skills
• Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience in social media management, content scheduling, campaign management or digital engagement is a plus

• Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, brokerage, or B2B sales is strongly preferred
Schedule
Part-time to start: 15–20 hours per week
