JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based insurance agency looking for an experienced Virtual Insurance Assistant who is highly skilled in AMS360. This is a long-term position with stable hours, consistent work, and room for growth.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and update client policies inside AMS360
Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements
Prepare quotes and assist with remarketing
Create and issue COIs (Certificates of Insurance)
Handle carrier communication and documentation
Assist with billing questions, payments, and follow-ups
Upload and organize documents in AMS360
Maintain accurate activity logs and compliance notes
Respond to client emails professionally and promptly
Support agency staff with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of hands-on AMS360 experience
Previous experience working for a U.S. insurance agency
Strong understanding of commercial lines, personal lines would be a bonus
Excellent written and spoken English
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet + backup internet
Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST preferred)

Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Knowledge of ACORD forms
Carrier portal experience
Familiarity with COI and endorsement workflows
Experience with compliance tasks and reporting

Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday–Friday
Must be available during U.S. hours (EST)
