Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Furniture Drafter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial furniture drafting and design, with advanced proficiency in CAD software and Mozaik.

In this role, you will create accurate shop drawings and production-ready plans for custom and commercial furniture projects while collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed shop drawings and production-ready plans for commercial furniture projects
Interpret design concepts, specifications, and client requirements into precise technical drawings
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability
Revise and update drawings based on project feedback and changes
Maintain organized project files, drawing revisions, and documentation
Ensure all drawings comply with production and manufacturing standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial furniture drafting or millwork drafting
High proficiency in CAD software and Mozaik
Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a furniture production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with custom cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking processes
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
