ABOUT US
Trust Elite Cleaning Solutions is a commercial and residential cleaning company in Los Angeles, California. We are hiring ONE high-volume cold caller to book walkthroughs with commercial clients - property managers, HOA managers, building managers, general contractors, real estate offices, medical and professional offices.

HOURS
5-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific (PST). You MUST work US Pacific hours. No exceptions.

PAY
$5-$6/hr to start. Raise to $7/hr after 60 days if walkthrough goals are hit. Paid weekly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make 500+ outbound cold calls per day on the CloudTalk Power Dialer (the list is loaded for you - you dial, pitch, and book)
- Book commercial walkthroughs (site visits) yourself, on the call. No warm transfers - you close the appointment.
- Log every call result in CloudTalk and Pipedrive
- Handle callbacks and follow-ups on interested leads
- Report your daily numbers (dials, conversations, walkthroughs booked)

YOU MUST HAVE (do not apply without these)
- Real cold-calling experience at high volume - 400+ dials a day - and you can prove it with past numbers
- Experience on CloudTalk and a Power Dialer (auto-dialer). THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning - what janitorial, office, and building cleaning services are, how they are priced, and who buys them
- Know the Los Angeles, California market (areas, business types, time zone)
- Clear, confident English with no hesitation on the phone
- Quiet workspace, stable internet, good headset
- Available 8 AM - 2 PM Pacific time every weekday

YOUR GOAL
5 completed commercial walkthroughs booked per week. 2-week paid trial - hit the numbers and you stay.
