Commercial Asset/Debt Recovery Representative
Remote | Full-Time | Philippines

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Collections Agent to manage delinquent business accounts. This role involves contacting customers, negotiating payment arrangements, recovering outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate account records.

Key Responsibilities
* Contact customers by phone, email, and SMS to resolve delinquent accounts.
* Follow established collection procedures and exhaust all appropriate recovery efforts before closing or returning an account to the client.
* Notify account holders and guarantors of delinquent balances and required action.
* Negotiate settlements and create realistic payment plans.
* Identify accounts requiring additional investigation or skip-tracing efforts.
* Monitor payment arrangements, settlements, missed payments, and returned payments.
* Review correspondence, account documents, media, and skip-tracing resources to identify opportunities for resolution.
* Maintain complete and accurate records of all collection activities.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* At least three years of experience in B2B collections or commercial debt recovery.
* Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding collection targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, assertive, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Able to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Basic understanding of the FDCPA, TCPA, UDAAP, and applicable U.S. federal and state collection laws.
* Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code, particularly Article 9, is preferred.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable, distraction-free remote-work environment.
