About Us
Kawaii Sprouts is a growing kawaii character brand focused on cozy coloring books, original characters, and wholesome content. We're looking for a talented digital illustrator who loves creating cute, clean line art and wants to grow with our team. This is a long-term freelance opportunity for someone who enjoys kawaii art and coloring books.

We value long-term creative partnerships and there will be opportunities to grow with us.

Work Schedule: Remote / Flexible working hours / No time tracker

We simply ask that you consistently deliver 2–3 quality pages per day and stay active on Slack.

Responsibilities
- Create original coloring book pages featuring our Kawaii Sprouts characters
- Draw both normal and easy pages based on our briefs
- Follow our character guides and style references
- Deliver clean, print-ready line art
- Submit work through Slack
- Collaborate with our team when needed

Our Art Style
We're looking for artists who can draw in a cute, soft, fluffy kawaii style.

Our illustrations should have:
- Soft, rounded shapes
- Clean and smooth line art
- Spacious layouts with plenty of room to color
- Simple, inviting designs that aren't overly detailed
- High-resolution, print-ready artwork

Requirements
- Must use Clip Studio Paint only. Applications using other software will not be considered.
- Knows how to use the Bezier Curve tool in Clip Studio Paint.
- Previous experience creating coloring book illustrations (KDP experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of kawaii or chibi art styles
- Able to consistently deliver 2–3 quality pages per day or more
- Reliable communicator on Slack
- Portfolio with relevant coloring book or line art samples
