JOB OVERVIEW

The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing outstanding balances related to workers' compensation accounts. This role involves contacting insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators to resolve unpaid claims, reconcile accounts, research billing discrepancies, and ensure timely payment collection. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet collection targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding workers' compensation claims and invoices.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials.
Maintain accurate collection notes and account records.
Communicate with insurance carriers, employers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Must have experience doing Collections in Workers' Compensation
Good communication skills
With reliable internet connection and good working place

Schedule: US Pacific Time
Rate: $6-7 per hour
