What You’ll Do:
Manage assigned accounts and chase down unpaid debts (you know the drill).
- Create and execute smart repayment plans that work for everyone.
- Handle payment follow-ups, refund processing, and account disputes.
- Keep organized records and generate reports for management.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email.
- Help keep our operations smooth and efficient.
