We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to follow up on account receivables
• Respond to customer support emails professionally and efficiently
• Assess customer situations and negotiate appropriate payment solutions
• Represent the company with professionalism and clear communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year collections experience
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Experience with ---------- or Zendesk is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Committed to a full-time, long-term role

Schedule & Work Setup

• Full-time, remote position
• 6 days per week
• 45–55 hours per week
