JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and professional Collections Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team on a full-time remote basis. You will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, contacting clients regarding past-due balances, and recovering payments on behalf of our business across two office locations. This role offers a base salary plus a monthly performance bonus based on the amount collected — the more you collect, the more you earn

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and work a portfolio of past-due accounts across two business locations
Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances
Accurately document all collection activity and account notes in the system
Escalate unresolvable accounts to management or legal as appropriate
Reconcile collected payments and coordinate with the accounting/bookkeeping team
Generate weekly and monthly collection reports showing progress and recovery rates
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets to maximize bonus earnings
Maintain compliance with collection policies and professional standards
