JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and professional Collection Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact clients regarding outstanding balances while maintaining positive relationships and securing timely payments.

The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, solution-oriented, and comfortable speaking with people on the phone. Previous collections experience is preferred, but we will strongly consider candidates with a proven background in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or other phone-based roles.

Priority consideration will be given to candidates who submit a voice sample and demonstrate strong home internet capabilities.
