Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Qualify homeowners’ interest in roofing, doors, windows, and painting services.
• Schedule appointments for our renovation specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment and lead generation targets.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Previous sales or cold-calling experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and persistence.
