ABOUT COSYRA
Cosyra is an AI-powered terminal app that lets developers run real terminal workflows from their phone — SSH, CLI, AI-assisted terminal tasks, and more. We're growing fast and need someone laser-focused on one thing: getting developers to sign up for our waitlist.
This is NOT a community management or social media posting role. This is a proactive outreach role. You will be reaching out directly to people, publications, and creators to get Cosyra in front of as many developers as possible.
YOUR ONE GOAL
Drive as many qualified waitlist signups as possible every single week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Cold Outreach (60% of your time)
- Send 15-25 personalized outreach messages per day across

- DM AI influencers, developer advocates, YouTube creators, and podcasters with collaboration proposals
- Reach out to developers, DevOps engineers, and AI enthusiasts on LinkedIn with personalized messages
- Engage authentically on Reddit, Hacker News, and developer forums where Cosyra solves a real problem
- Follow up systematically — most replies come on the 2nd or 3rd follow-up
2. Paid Advertising Research (20% of your time)
- Research and identify paid sponsorship opportunities in AI/tech newsletters (e.g., TLDR, ByteByteGo, etc.)
- Find developer communities,
- Source podcast and YouTube sponsorship opportunities with creators in the AI/dev tools space
- Present a weekly summary of paid opportunities with pricing, audience size, and your recommendation
- Coordinate and manage bookings for approved paid placements
3. Tracking & Reporting (20% of your time)
- Maintain a clean, organized outreach tracker in Google Sheets (who you contacted, channel, response, result)
- Provide a weekly report: outreach sent, responses received, waitlist signups generated, paid opportunities found
- Track which messaging angles and channels are producing the best results
- Continuously test and improve your outreach based on data
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Consistent daily output — this role requires discipline and follow-through
- Respect all platform rules — no spam, no mass blasting, no automation bots
- Creative problem-solving — find new channels and angles to get Cosyra in front of developers
- Honest, transparent reporting — we care about real numbers, not vanity metrics
NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES
- NO mass DM blasting or automated scraping tools
- NO spammy outreach — every message must be personalized and genuine
- You must follow platform rules strictly to avoid getting accounts flagged or banned
- If an approach isn't working, tell us — don't just keep doing the same thing
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent written English — your messages need to sound natural, conversational, and not templated
- Comfortable using
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail for tracking and follow-ups
- Self-starter who can work independently and hit weekly targets without constant supervision
- Familiarity with researching paid advertising and sponsorship opportunities
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with outreach tools (
- Understanding of developer communities and what resonates with technical audiences
- Previous experience growing a waitlist or doing launch outreach for a SaaS/tech product
- Knowledge of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit, etc.
- Experience evaluating and booking newsletter or podcast sponsorships

COMPENSATION
$400/month for 20 hours/week (approximately $5/hour). Performance bonuses available based on waitlist signup milestones — the more signups you drive, the more you earn.
