ABOUT US

We're a startup building two online gaming brands (online casinos) serving international markets. We're well-funded, moving extremely fast, and building an AI-first company from day one. We run lean, automate aggressively, and every person on the team is expected to multiply their output with AI tools. You'll work remotely as part of the founding team's inner circle.

THE ROLE

We need an absolute expert in cold email marketing, mass email, and outbound sales. Not someone who once sent a newsletter. Someone who lives and breathes deliverability and can build a bulk cold outreach machine from zero and keep it landing in the primary inbox.

You must understand these things in depth, like a pro:
- How to warm up an inbox, step by step
- How long inbox warmup realistically takes, and how to plan a campaign around it
- What will mess with your deliverability: spam triggers, domain reputation damage, bad list hygiene, volume spikes, sloppy copy
- What will get you high deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain and inbox rotation, list cleaning and verification, sending patterns, copy that lands in the primary tab
- How to run sequences with follow-ups that get replies without burning your domains

What you'll actually do:
- Build and run our bulk cold outreach infrastructure from scratch: domains, inboxes, warmup, tooling
- Write and run cold email sequences and follow-up flows for outbound campaigns
- Monitor deliverability daily and keep our sending reputation clean
- Run outbound sales campaigns end to end and hand hot replies to the team
- Report your numbers weekly: sent, delivered, opened, replied, converted
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to write, personalize, and scale everything you do

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We have a clear preference for energetic, hungry people who want to build something from scratch and go all-in. This is a young, high-energy startup environment.

- An absolute expert in cold email. This is non-negotiable. You will be tested on deliverability knowledge in detail on a live call.
- iGaming experience helps. If you've done email or outbound for online casinos, sports betting, or gaming companies, tell us. It's a real advantage.
- Fluent English. Your emails sell in English and you'll be on weekly calls with the team. Your spoken English will be tested on the call.
- Hard worker. You will be expected to work really hard, every day. Weekly team calls are mandatory. If you want a quiet 9-to-5, this isn't for you.
- Trustworthy and precise. You'll run infrastructure where one sloppy mistake can burn weeks of warmup.

COMPENSATION

$2,500-$4,000 USD per month base (approx. PHP 140, ---------- ,000), plus performance bonuses when your campaigns deliver. We deliberately pay far above market standard for this role because we want an absolute expert, and if you succeed at your job, the bonuses make this the best-paying seat in the industry for you.
