JOB OVERVIEW

Cold Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Lead | Email + LinkedIn | $1,000 - $1,500/mo

Full-time | Fully remote | Long-term role | Room to grow into owning GTM

We are a capital advisory firm (investment banking: we help companies raise equity and debt) with a 25+ person international team. Cold email and LinkedIn are the entire top of our funnel.

We are hiring ONE person to own that infrastructure end to end. Not campaigns only. Not copy only. The machine itself: domains, tenants, inboxes, deliverability, data, and the LinkedIn estate that runs beside it.

The target is not a vanity number. We are building toward 1,000,000 emails sent per DAY through our own tenants and inboxes, landing in the inbox, at reply rates that hold. If that number makes you excited rather than nervous, keep reading.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Sending infrastructure end to end: domains (bulk buying, registrars, DNS), tenants, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, MX, warmup, ramp schedules, daily caps, rotation and splits
- Buying inboxes at volume. You know which providers are worth it right now, what a fair price per inbox is, which ones resell recycled tenants, and which ones will get you banned. We use ScaledMail today. You should be able to name three alternatives you would evaluate this month and why
- Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID at scale: tenant creation and management, licensing, per-tenant reputation, what actually triggers a Microsoft ban, and how to send via tenant properly. Same for Google Workspace, including where each one breaks and which to use for what
- Deliverability as a daily discipline: inbox placement testing, seed lists, blacklist monitoring and delisting (SURBL, Spamhaus, UCEPROTECT), spam triggers, link and content hygiene, bounce and complaint handling, and reputation recovery when a domain or tenant goes bad
- Data: cheap, high quality lead sourcing (we expect Apollo tier economics, around $13 per 10,000 contacts), dedupe, enrichment, and a verification stack that holds bounce rates down. You know which verification tools are actually accurate and what they cost per 1,000
- LinkedIn infrastructure on Aimfox: accounts, limits, sessions, campaign setup, sequences, and keeping the whole estate healthy and logged in
- Retargeting: running retargeting campaigns off our outbound audiences so prospects see us more than once
- Replies: you handle the inbound. Triage, respond, route the good ones to our setters. A reply that sits for a day is a dead lead
- The numbers: sends, deliveries, bounces, replies, positive replies, meetings booked. Per campaign, per domain, per inbox, per tenant. You report what matters and nothing else

YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW
- That tracking stays OFF. No open pixels, no link tracking, ever. And you can explain what you measure instead
- How to split volume across inboxes, domains and tenants without cooking reputation
- The difference between a hard bounce on a dead address and a provider throttling or blocking you, from the bounce string alone
- What to do in the first hour when a sending domain hits SURBL or placement falls off a cliff
- How long a new domain warms before it carries real volume, and what a sane ramp looks like
- Why a sending domain should never route back to the main brand domain
- How to keep suppression and opt-out handling clean, because that is deliverability too

WHO WE WANT
Someone genuinely obsessed with this game. You follow the space, you have broken things at scale and fixed them, and you have real opinions about infrastructure providers. You take initiative. Nobody here will hand you a daily task list. You see a bottleneck, you fix it. You have an idea, you test it and show us the numbers.

This is a seat with real room. Infrastructure first, then the full outbound motion, then a team under you. We want someone who wants to grow into owning GTM for the firm and stay for years.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
- Your cold email experience is a few hundred sends from one Gmail account
- You have never bought domains in bulk or stood up a tenant
- You think warmup and deliverability are optional details
- You want to run this alongside five other clients. This is a full-time, dedicated seat

COMPENSATION
- $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month, depending on what you actually know. Show us the top of that range and we will pay it
- Full-time, long term. We are hiring for years, not for a project
- You work directly with the founder

HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with the word TENANT so we know you read this. Then answer these, short and specific:
1. The largest sending operation you have personally run: emails per day, number of inboxes, number of domains, and reply rate.
2. Where do you buy inboxes and domains, and what do you pay per inbox?
3. You need 500 new sending inboxes live on Microsoft this month. Walk me through it: tenants, domains, DNS, warmup, and the ramp schedule you would use.
4. A sending domain just hit SURBL and placement dropped. What are your first three moves?
5. What is your email verification stack, and what bounce rate do you hold?
6. Which tools have you actually run? (Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, Aimfox, HeyReach, Apollo, Clay, etc.)

Answer in your own words. Pasted AI output is obvious and gets deleted. A short Loom walking through infrastructure you have built is a big plus. Applications that ignore the instructions above are deleted unread.
