JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Cold Email Expert to build and manage outbound email campaigns for our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for finding the right prospects, creating effective outreach sequences, improving deliverability, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and manage cold email outreach campaigns
Research and identify qualified prospects based on target markets
Create prospect lists and maintain clean lead data
Write clear and personalized cold email sequences
Set up and manage sending domains, inboxes, and email accounts
Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings
Test subject lines, messaging, offers, and follow-up sequences
Manage inbox replies and identify qualified opportunities
Improve campaigns based on performance data
Keep outreach systems, lead lists, and CRM records organized
Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and appointment volume

Requirements

Proven experience managing cold email campaigns
Strong understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement
Experience with cold email platforms and lead generation tools
Ability to build and clean targeted prospect lists
Strong cold email copywriting and personalization skills
Experience creating multi-step outreach and follow-up sequences
Comfortable tracking campaign KPIs and making data-based improvements
Knowledge of domain setup, email authentication, and inbox management
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to work independently and consistently generate qualified opportunities
