We're a growing B2B sales operation looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Cold
What You'll Do:
Email
Manage and optimize cold
Monitor deliverability metrics and keep inbox placement rates high
Build and maintain automations in tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms
Troubleshoot spam issues and implement fixes fast
Help scale campaigns while protecting sender reputation
Lead Generation & Data
Scrape and source targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Clean, validate, and enrich lead data before campaigns launch
Research and identify ideal prospects based on specific criteria
Segment leads by industry, company size, location, and other relevant criteria
Personalize outreach using dynamic fields, custom variables, and tailored messaging
Maintain organized lead databases and CRM records
Automation & Admin
Build workflows and automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) to streamline operations
Handle general administrative tasks to support day-to-day sales operations
Document processes and SOPs
Assist with reporting and tracking campaign performance
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with cold
Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and
Experience with lead scraping tools and data enrichment
Comfortable with automation platforms
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who can work independently and communicate clearly
Compensation:
Base: $450/month depending on experience
Commission bonuses available — total comp can reach $700–$1,400/month
