JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
We are looking for a dependable and results-driven Email Campaign Specialist to join our remote marketing team. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing email campaigns end-to-end using Plusvibe and other email tools. What you'll do:
- Set up, schedule, and deploy email campaigns from start to finish using Plusvibe
- Build and manage email sequences including welcome flows, drip campaigns, and promotional blasts
- Segment and maintain subscriber lists to ensure accurate targeting
- Write and edit clear, engaging email copy and subject lines in fluent English
- Configure automation workflows and triggers within Plusvibe
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide regular reports
- Conduct A/B tests and apply data-driven improvements
- Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, mobile-friendly, and compliant with email best practices
- Communicate proactively with the team and flag any issues promptly and transparently

What we're looking for:
- Experience with Plusvibe is highly preferred — please mention your experience in your application
- 2+ years of hands-on experience setting up and managing email campaigns
- Strong command of written and spoken English — clear, professional communication is a must
- Solid understanding of email campaign setup, list segmentation, and deliverability
- Honest and transparent — someone who admits mistakes quickly and communicates openly
- Reliable and consistent — meets deadlines, follows through on commitments, and shows up every day
- Trustworthy and self-directed — able to work independently without constant supervision
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Nice to have:
- Experience with other ESPs such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing
- Familiarity with UTM tracking and Google Analytics
- Background in AI tools or SaaS email marketing
