JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & Phone Support

Smooth Finish Painting, a growing residential and commercial painting company in Northwest Indiana (USA), is looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle outbound cold calling and overflow inbound calls.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial clients
- Answer overflow inbound calls when our main team is unavailable
- Qualify leads and schedule estimates/appointments
- Log call details and outcomes accurately in our CRM
- Follow provided call scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Stay professional, friendly, and persistent through high call volumes

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English required — must sound clear, natural, and confident speaking with U.S. customers
- Previous phone experience required (cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
- Comfortable with rejection and repetitive outbound calling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- CRM experience a plus
