# Cold Calling VA – Novacore Systems

**Position:** Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
**Pay:** $500 USD/month base
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 5 hours/day
**Hours:** U.S. business hours

### About the Role

Novacore Systems is looking for a reliable and motivated **Cold Calling VA** to join our team.

You will call **U.S.-based HVAC businesses** using our provided script, speak with business owners, qualify interested prospects, and book appointments.

### Responsibilities

* Make approximately **100 cold calls per day**
* Call during U.S. business hours
* Use our provided script and training
* Use **our provided leads**
* Use **our provided phone system** to make calls
* Speak professionally with business owners
* Book qualified appointments
* Update the provided Google Sheet throughout the day
* Submit a daily report showing:

* Total calls made
* Appointments booked
* Calls answered
* Calls not answered
* Any relevant notes

### Requirements

* Previous **cold calling or sales experience**
* Excellent spoken English
* Confident and professional communication
* Comfortable handling rejection
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn
* Reliable internet and computer
* **Quiet place to make calls**
* Consistent and dependable
* Available **Monday–Friday, 5 hours/day**

### Compensation

**$500 USD/month base pay**
