JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing agency that helps medspas and aesthetic clinics across the US and Canada reactivate lost patients and grow their revenue. We're looking for a cold calling setter to join our team.

**The Role:

You'll be calling medspa owners and decision-makers to book qualified appointments for our closer. This is a setting position. Your job is to generate interest, handle initial objections, and get the prospect on a call with our team. You are not expected to close deals.
That said, if you perform well and want to grow, there is a clear path to move into a closing role.

**Compensation:

$250/month base salary plus $25 for every appointment that shows. The commission is where the real money is. A strong setter doing 20 to 30 showed appointments per month is earning $750 to $1,000/month total. There is no cap. Top performers also earn additional bonuses based on volume and consistency.

**Trial Period:

This role starts with a 30 day trial period where both sides can walk away if it's not the right fit. If you're producing results, this becomes a long term position with serious earning potential.

**Requirements:

Neutral, clear English with no accent. This is non-negotiable. You'll be speaking directly with business owners in the US and Canada, and you need to sound natural and confident on the phone.
Must be available to make calls during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment.
Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales is a strong plus.

Preferred but not required: Female applicants are preferred given that our clients operate in the beauty and aesthetics space, but all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
