This is NOT for beginners.

This is ONLY for people who have already made money with cold calling and want to scale fast.

****** POSITION DETAILS ******

Full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday - Friday
Remote (work from home)

Working hours - VERY IMPORTANT:

US business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US time

This equals 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine time
(This is mandatory because we call local US businesses during their working hours)

Salary:

$400/month fixed base salary

Commission on EVERY sale

NO commission cap - the better you sell, the more you earn

Payments:

Always on time

Paid twice per month

This is a long-term position, not a short-term gig.

Your ONLY focus is selling and closing deals over the phone.

Daily responsibilities:

- Make cold calls to pre-qualified local US businesses provided by us (not random leads - real businesses with a clear need for our services)

- Pitch our web design / digital services clearly and confidently

- Handle objections professionally

- Book calls or close deals directly (depending on the flow)

- Follow proven scripts and frameworks (and improve them)

- Track your activity and results

- Communicate with the team clearly and professionally

****** REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE - NO EXCEPTIONS) ******

This role is ONLY for people who meet ALL requirements below.

- STRONG experience with cold calling (mandatory)

- Proven background in phone sales

- Comfortable calling cold leads all day

- Excellent objection handling skills

- Strong closing mentality

Language:

- Perfect English

- American accent that is NOT distinguishable

You must sound like a native US caller (very important)

Availability:

- Able to work US time zone (9 AM - 5 PM US time)

- Stable internet connection

- Quiet work environment
