JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly confident Cold Calling & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our company, and converting leads into real business opportunities.

You will work closely with our Email Outreach Specialist, who sends outreach emails and generates leads. Your role is to follow up by phone, build relationships, and turn those leads into quote requests and sales opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in cold calling.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (B2B)
• Follow up with leads generated from email outreach campaigns
• Introduce our company and services professionally
• Quickly capture attention and identify client needs
• Convert conversations into quote requests or opportunities
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Organize follow-ups and track lead progress
• Work closely with our email outreach tea ---------- mber
• Provide regular updates on call results and opportunities

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 2–3 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Speaks excellent, clear, and confident English
• Is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Has strong communication and persuasion skills
• Can quickly explain a company's value and capture attention
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Has experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Works well in a team environment
• Has experience with B2B outreach or lead generation

Daily Activity Expectations
• 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Tracking calls and notes in CRM
• Generating qualified leads and quote opportunities
