Base salary + $ per booked appointment + 2-4% commission per close.

Realistic earnings: $800-$2,500/month part-time, $2,500-$6,000/month full-time

We will adjust compensation based on performance to make sure you are well compensated based on results.

About Us

Heavy Duty Leads helps US contractor businesses (concrete, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, septic) get more customers through online marketing. Our clients pay $5,750-$18,750 for our services.

We need appointment setters to call US business owners and book discovery calls.

The Role

• Make 50-100 cold calls per day to US contractor business owners
• Book 10-20 qualified discovery calls per week
• Follow up with warm leads via email and phone
• Log all activity in our CRM

Work Hours

US business hours required. You pick your schedule, but calls must happen when US business owners are available:
• 8am - 6pm Eastern Time (8pm - 6am Manila time)
• Minimum 4-hour shifts
• 20-40 hours per week

Requirements - Must Have

• Sales or cold calling experience (any industry)
• Confident speaking voice in English (the less accent the better)
• Reliable internet (25+ Mbps) and quiet space for calls
• Available during US business hours (though I don’t care what hours you work)
• Can handle rejection and keep dialing

Requirements - Nice to Have

• Experience calling US businesses
• B2B sales background
• Familiar with CRM tools

Compensation Details

Base Pay: Negotiable based on experience.

Per Appointment (shows only).
