Job Overview
We are looking for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us contact local service businesses and book meetings with interested business owners.
We help businesses get more clients by improving their lead generation and follow-up systems. In simple words, we offer an Automation Pipeline that brings them new clients through a mix of automation, CRM support, landing page improvements, and marketing support. Your main role will be to introduce the service at a high level, identify interest, and book online meetings with our team.
This is not a hard-closing role.
Your goal is to start conversations and move qualified prospects to the next step.
Main Responsibilities
1. Call potential business clients from a provided list
2. Speak with business owners or decision-makers
3. Briefly explain our service in a simple and natural way
4. Identify interested prospects
5. Ask basic qualifying questions
6. Book meetings with our team
7. Keep simple notes about each call
Important Requirements
1. You must be available to call during EST daytime hours
2. The businesses we contact are located in Ontario, Canada
3. Good spoken English is required
4. Cold calling or appointment setting experience is preferred
5. You should be confident, professional, calm, and comfortable speaking with business owners
6. Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment are required
Script and Work Style
We will provide a sales script and general direction, but it does not need to be followed word-for-word.
You are welcome to adjust the wording and make the delivery feel more natural and comfortable for you, as long as the main meaning stays the same.
Interview Process
Before starting, you will have a short online interview with Andrew to discuss the role, expectations, and fit.

Please send:
1. a short introduction about yourself
2. your experience with cold calling or appointment setting
3. a short voice recording or audio introduction
4. your availability during EST daytime hours
5. any experience working with Canadian or US businesses
