JOB OVERVIEW

**Part-Time Appointment Setter (Remote) – Base Salary + Commission**

We are looking for a motivated and confident **Part-Time Appointment Setter** to join our sales team.

Your main responsibility will be contacting potential clients, starting conversations, qualifying leads, handling basic objections, and booking appointments for our sales team. No call experience? No worries! We also have great entry-level roles open.

**Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to potential clients
* Build rapport and create positive conversations
* Qualify prospects and identify interested leads
* Handle common objections professionally
* Schedule qualified appointments
* Reschedule no show appointments
* Follow up with leads and update CRM notes
* Meet weekly appointment targets

**Requirements:**

* Strong English communication skills
* Confident speaking on the phone
* Previous sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience is a plus
* Comfortable handling rejection
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Stable internet connection and quiet workspace

**Schedule:**

* Part-time position
* Must be available during UK business hours, usually 3pm - 7pm (PHT)

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses.

Someone who enjoys sales conversations, is competitive, coachable, and wants to grow their skills in a long-term sales role.
